This box holds two different kinds of product, and the evidence behind them works differently for each, so it is worth separating them before looking at the study.
Two formulas, two categories
Slenderiix is a homeopathic preparation: 11 ingredients at HPUS dilutions from 6X to 12X, in a base that is 20 percent grain alcohol. Xceler8 is a conventional dietary supplement, with 600 mcg of B12 as methylcobalamin, 100 mcg of biotin, and a 37.5 mg blend of green tea, ashwagandha and rhodiola. They are labelled, regulated and evidenced as two separate things.
What the 12-week study held constant
The trial behind the widely quoted figure followed 23 people for 12 weeks against a placebo. Every participant ate to a 1,250 calorie daily limit from an approved food list, exercised, and took a multivitamin, minerals, omega-3 and a zeolite and carbon supplement alongside the drops. So it measured a whole program rather than the drops on their own, and 23 people is a small group to read much into.
Where homeopathy stands
Homeopathic preparations are not approved by the FDA, and since 2016 the Federal Trade Commission has held that claims made for them need the same standard of scientific evidence as claims for anything else.
A result measured inside a calorie-restricted program with several other supplements in it cannot be attributed to any one item in that program. Individual results vary.

Is Slenderiiz safe?
The manufacturer's own labelling advises against use by children under 18 and by anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Beyond that: the Slenderiix bottle is supplied in a base of 20 percent grain alcohol, and Xceler8 contains about 1 mg of caffeine per serving. Those two facts are material to more people than the marketing usually acknowledges, which is why we print them.
Is Slenderiiz homeopathic?
Half of it. The box contains two different bottles and they are not the same kind of product. Slenderiix is a homeopathic formula. Xceler8 is a conventional supplement with its own Supplement Facts panel. Descriptions calling the whole box 100 percent homeopathic are wrong, and that wording is still widespread online.
Do the drops work for weight loss on their own?
No, and the study everyone quotes is the clearest evidence of that.
