Membership

• The member price. Until you join, product pages show the manufacturer's suggested retail price, as the manufacturer requires of us. After you join, they show the member price, which is what you are charged at checkout.
• Promotions. We only run a promotion when the manufacturer runs one, and when we do it appears in the member price for its dates. Promotions apply to one-time purchases only.
• An extra 5% on Subscribe & Save, on top of the member price, for as long as the subscription runs.
• A first look at new products and restocks, by email.

Joining adds your address to our email list, and to our store's customer list with your consent to marketing email. That is how you hear about promotions and new products. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, and your privacy choices are one click away in the footer of every page.

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email we send. Unsubscribing stops the emails. It does not take member pricing away from a browser where you have already joined.

Joining sets a cookie on the browser you joined from, and it lasts a year. If you shop from a different device or browser, or clear your cookies, you will see list prices again until you enter your email there too. Doing so signs that address up for email again, so unsubscribe from the next email if you would rather not have it.

It is not a Brand Partner enrollment with Partner.Co, the company that makes these products. There is no distributor agreement, no commission, no recruiting and nobody above or below you. It is a price list and an email list, and nothing more.

Prices, promotions and the benefits above can change, and we can end the program. A change applies from the day it is made and never to an order already placed. The price you are charged is always the one shown at checkout.
