Returns

Most products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Slenderiiz Day & Night Drops carry an extended 45-day guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within the applicable window (30 or 45 days)
• Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible
• Please have your order receipt and the product's batch number on hand — you'll need these to process the return

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.
