How To Reach LIMU, ARIIX and NewAge Customer Support

September 8, 2021 · 2 min read · Partner.Co & the Brands · LIMU

If you are trying to reach LIMU customer support on the number you used to have, it will not work. Nor will the ARIIX one, nor the NewAge one. This page is here because people keep finding those numbers in old paperwork.

What happened to all three names

They are the same company, three times over.

The LIMU Company was acquired by ARIIX. ARIIX rebranded as NewAge. NewAge was then acquired by Partner.Co, which is who makes these products today. The LIMU brand name survived the whole sequence; the corporate entities behind it did not.

So a support line for any of the first three names is a line for a company that no longer answers. The fuller version of that history is in What Happened to LIMU.

If your question is about an order you placed with us

Call us. (877) 895-8284. Or use the details on our contact page.

We can help with anything on an order from this store: where it is, what is in it, whether it is the right product for what you are trying to do, and returns.

If your question is about a subscription

If you have a recurring order with us, that is managed from your account and we can sort it out on the phone.

If your subscription is direct with Partner.Co, we cannot see it and cannot change it. That one has to go through them, and it is worth knowing which you have before you spend twenty minutes on the wrong line.

If your question is about the product itself

Often we can answer it faster than the manufacturer can, because we have the fact sheets and we have read them. Serving sizes, what is actually in a formulation, whether something contains caffeine, whether it is vegan.

Two pages that answer the most common ones without needing to call anybody:

- Our fucoidan guide, for what the seaweed actually is and what the research does and does not support. - The dosage guide, which carries the manufacturer's stated serving for every product we sell.

If it is a safety question

Ask a doctor or a pharmacist, not us and not the manufacturer. Anything involving an interaction with medication, pregnancy, or an existing condition is outside what a shop can responsibly answer, and we would rather say so than guess.

The one thing we will always tell you is what is in a product, so you have something concrete to take to them.
