How to take it

Days 1 to 5: take one Core Cleanse stick pack 30 minutes before your largest meal. Day 6: take one Core Cleanse+ stick pack before bed. Day 7: take one Core Cleanse+ stick pack first thing in the morning. Core Cleanse+ is designed to prompt a bowel movement.
