How much should I take?
Children aged 2 to 3: chew one tablet daily. Children 4 and older: chew two tablets daily. Those are also the maximum amounts, so do not exceed them. Best taken with food or at mealtime. The tablets are made to be chewed rather than swallowed whole. There are 56 chewable tablets per bottle.
